The framing has begun!

Here is picture of the bakery that I took yesterday. As you can see they are making some progress and you can get an idea of the shape of the building. The smaller one on the left will be the bakehouse where all the production and baking will be done. The building to the right will be the new "refurbished" Gates House which will hold the cafe consisting of about 50 seats, the display counters, the bathrooms and a small service kitchen.
