Hi -
A friend told us that you are now open -- congratulations!
We discovered your wonderful baked goods at the Norwich Farmers' Market last summer and were immediately addicted.
Unfortunately, I have recently discovered that I have an allergy to gluten. Please consider creating a line of gluten-free products for those of us who are unable to include flour or other grain products in our diets? Rice flour is fine, as is oatmeal. Just no "regular" flour.
